1 VERY HEAVY NICKEL OVER CAST BRASS MID-CENTURY WINDOW LOCK #1
Please take a look at the many other antique & vintage window locks & hardware items I have listed.
Hi folks, the BIN is for one (1) of the pictured window locks. You’re just not going to find anything near this quality at you home center. You’ll know right away the quality of these when you hold one of these in your hand just by the weight of it. The finish on these is still very good for their age and they have both their spring steel pieces that are still strong. The condition is good with all having some paint on them and all of them needing a cleaning. Many people don’t even know to check the spring steel pieces or how or what to replace them with if they are going bad but be assured these were checked out and oiled lightly. Base of lock is about 2 5/8” x 1” and the keeper is about 2 5/8” x 1/2. Circ. 1950s-1960s

My pictures are large because I not only want to tell you what you’re getting but also for you to see what you’re getting.
NOTE: Be very careful when buying antique hardware. I'm seeing more reproductions showing up at flea markets and sales
than
ever before. Remember, if it's too good to be true....
About half of what I sell on eBay is antique hardware most of which I bought before eBay was even someone's dream. First I bought it for the Victorian home I had and then I just started buying it because I liked it.
I will COMBINE SHIPPING when possible.
SHIPPING POLICY!
My shipping policy is all items will ship out within 24 hours of receiving payment
.
I ship within 24 hours Monday through Friday every time, if I don't then you might want to send flowers.
If your item is bought on a Saturday and I'm at work I will take it to the post office inside drop off box that day/night so they have it to process first thing Sunday or Monday.
I don't ship with newspaper and a prayer; I use quality materials and care. Newspaper is only used as filler but never as the main source of protection.
NOTE:
I don't know if this came from a smoke free home or not. The fact is almost all antiques came out of a home that someone smoked in at one time.
