We have 7 of these identical units for your next CNC project. These units are in very good condition and don't look like they ever worked much. They were part of a Semi Conductor Fab Wafer Robot elevator assembly. These linears moved the robot up and down. Based on the grease on the ballscrews we suspect that these may have never been used in production.
These THK KR units are about the highest quality we have seen as the rails are actually the u shaped steel channel. This design limits flexing and the unit is self contained. The ball screw shaft end is 12mm were the motor mounts. Ballscrew is coated and measured 20mm diameter, with 1 turn driving it 20mm.
Total length of unit is 65 3/4"
This unit has a 20mm ballscrew. Lead is 20mm - so 1 turn moves it 20mm. Total travel is 1460mm or 61 1/8"
Carrier hole pattern measures 110mm by 50mm.
Coated ballscrew for corrosion resistance and long life.
