Volvo Other. 1968 Volvo wagon. The title shows it was sold early 1968 but I believe it best reflects a 1967 as the '68's normally have the added marker lights. I've owned this little car for over 30 years. My sons called it the "surf mobile". When they were teenagers we drove all over Calif. and Baja Mexico. It also traveled to a few Greatful Dead shows too. I've always kept it mechanically sound, which included a couple rebuilds over the years. Most recent was just a few years back. probably less than 10,000 miles on this one. Runs really well, no smoke or drips. The transmission shifts smoothly and is quiet. The rear end is quiet too. It is rust free except for a couple areas in the back behind rear tires. Very easy fix. The floors are solid. The possibilities are endless, these cars are getting more and more rare. Parts are readily available for these Volvos. The interior needs some love, but interior kits are reasonable and cheap. I can supply a list of venders for mechanical and cosmetic parts.
