  • Condition: Hi folks, both have dings and scratches and spots of rust. The screw are not original and I painted the screw heads black to sort of match the latches. The latches are about 1 1/2” x 1 5/8”. My pictures are large because I not only want to tell you what you’re getting but also for you to see what you’re getting.

    About half of what I sell on eBay is antique hardware most of which I bought before eBay was even someone's dream. First I bought it for the Victorian home I had and then I just started buying it because I liked it.

    I don't ship with newspaper and a prayer; I use quality materials and care. Newspaper is only used as filler but never as the main source of protection.

    I don't know if this came from a smoke free home or not. The fact is almost all antiques came out of a home that someone smoked in at one time.
