The drop-down 52" x 74" bunk over cab can not only be used for sleeping, but also for storage space. You also have a 68" jackknife sofa to read a book on during the day and transform into an extra sleeping space at night or you can switch it out for the optional theater seating!
With any Miramar Class A gas motorhome by Thor Motor Coach you will find a durable welded tubular aluminum roof and sidewall cage construction, rotocast storage compartments, and frameless windows for a more sleek look.

Each model includes the Rapid Camp+ multiplex wiring control system for quick and easy set up, and the Winegard ConnecT WiFi extender +4G will be perfect if you need to telecommute.

AS-IS SALES:
The sale of an RV is JUST AS IT IS. We do not perforn any work to it.
That does not mean it has any issues (We fully disclose any issues discovered in our advertisement).
We do not have the time to put every RV through an inspection at our shop.
Customers can save a lot of money on older wholesale RV's by doing some repairs themselves.
You are welcome to conduct an inspecition of the RV or hire a company to do so.
If you are purchasing an RV from the State of Maryland we must collect tax and tag fees in addition to the sale.

Final payment for an RV can be made in

As with any used RV you purchase, wether it is from us or someone else, please have seasonal maintenance done. Have your seals checked and resealed if necessary. At a minimum this should be done annually.

Buyer's Inspection: Leo's Vacation Center has done it's due dilligence to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction/sale. Leo's welcomes a buyer's inspection. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Inspection fees, if any are the Buyers responsibility.

Taxes and Registration Fees:
Out of State buyers are responsible for all state, county, city, taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for the vehicle to be titled and registered in the buyers respective state.
Title Information:
Vehicle titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments up to 21 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we ususally have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. If payment is made by bank or cashier's check we will hold all titles for 21 days or until funds have cleared.
Shipping and Delivery:
All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility. Leo's will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage!
Licensed carriers are generally insured. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our dealership. We are not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the shipper, not with Leo's.
Finalizing Your Purchase:
Leo's Vacation Center will contact the successful high bidder by email after the auction closes.

If we cannot confirm your intention to buy or the sale is not completed within 7 days, we reserve the right to relist this vehicle or sell to any other buyer.
In order to secure a bid on a vehicle, the successful bidder (BUYER) must within 24 hours of bid closing send to Seller a non-Refundable Deposit Payment of 0 via credit card, cash in person, eBay or bank certified funds (wire transfer). Within 7 days of bid closing, Buyer must send balance of funds by cash in person, or bank certified funds (wire transfer) to Seller.
At time of sending initial deposit;

email a copy of their State issued valid Drivers License, Front and Back.
Also, a copy of VALID insurance for a tow vehicle or insurance declaration for a motorized unit.
Before the vehicle is released for shipment to buyer, all other Sale related and title related paperwork must be signed and returned to Seller.
