~ Openwork Design depicting the Aztec Monkey, Ozomatli. *Ozomatli, the Aztec monkey, was considered the companion spirit and servant of the god Xochipilli (god of music and dance) and was associated with the arts, games and fun.
~ Stamps: BSP (artisan initials), Mor (state of Morelos) Cuernavaca (city), 925, Hecho en (made in) Mexico *Lacks the Eagle assay mark which dates it to pre-1948.
