***This mount will not work with a regular Boss RT3 plow. This is for the smaller Sport Duty/HTX plows that use a 3/4" pin to lock the plow into the upper holes of the "hook" on the mount. A regular RT3 plow uses a 1" pin.***
Here is a NOS (new old stock) Boss HTX/RT3 Sport plow mount. This mount will work on a 88-98 Chevy/GMC 1500, 2500, and 3500. If your truck is a 99 or 00 (they were sold as an 99 or 00 Classic), and you have the body style used from 88-98, this mount will work on your truck. If your 99 or 00 truck is the 99-06 body style, this mount will
not
work on your truck.
If you are unsure which body style you have, ask me before buying.
This mount will not work with a regular RT3 plow, your plow must be an HTX or RT3 Sport plow to work with this mount. HTX and RT3 Sport plows use a 3/4" pin to lock the plow into the mount, while a RT3 plow uses a 1" pin. This is Boss Part number LTA05455. Mount does have some scratches and chips in the powder coat from being moved around over the years. Check with a Boss Dealer to make sure this is the right mount for your truck before bidding.
