Description
This style Bunn coffee maker has a water supply hookup in its design that must be used. The inlet water supply fitting is a ¼" flare. This was, in its former life, a "Dunkin' Donuts" branded machine. I removed most of the graphics that covered most of the front of the machine but left the two small logos on the control panel as they are actually manufactured into the panel.
There is no cord set as most of this style do not come with one when new. It is a 220 volt machine and the manufacturer could not possibly know each customer's needs. This type unit is often wired directly to a safety disconnect switch without a plug.
Examine the pictures as these are a large part of the description.
It was thoroughly cleaned. It has minor scuffs, dings and scratches that always happen in a restaurant-type environment. There is a piece of the upper left control panel missing which does not affect function in any way (see picture). However, the left display doesn't show all segments of all characters. In the last picture, the top image is the right display and is normal. The lower three images are the left display and they show it is still readable.
While talking about the control panel...the clear coating from the factory is worn off at the most-touched places. In the past I have attempted to remove all of this coating so it doesn't have the unsightly transition from where it is to where it is not. It is a lot of tedious work and in some places looked worse than if I had left it alone. I am leaving this as it is. You can see this normal wear in the picture of the entire front panel.
I am including a manual, two used "Lucas Coffee Co" carafes and two used stainless steel brew funnels.
The legs will be shipped off the unit to lower shipping costs and help prevent damage.
The included manual is a 17-page copy of the Installation and Operating (I & O) Guide, which is very close to what this unit is, in a clear-front 3-hole report cover. There are differences and one I noticed was at the bottom of page 5 where it says "all twins must be connected to center terminal block." This unit only has one terminal block. I connected it as shown in the middle of page 6 (and that is the same as the extreme lower right corner of page 6). Wired this way, it performed as expected.
If you have not performed an initial set-up of an automatic Bunn coffee maker, you need to read "Initial Set-up" on page 7 of the I & O Guide. Some of the settings may need to be adjusted for your application in the programming of the machine. This is described in the "Guide" which also shows a programming flow chart.
If you have any questions after receiving this item, I will be more than happy to help.
