Due to the slow down in shipping due to the dangers of shipping in the winter we cannot accept returns or offer replacements.  We will continue to select the best plants we have and wrap them well in paper and plastic and you can request a double wrap for added protection and we offer both 72 hour and 96 hour heat packs.  Heat packs must be in your shopping cart before you check out they cannot be added to an order later, they work well but still do not provide a guarantee against cold damage.  We cannot be responsible for delays in shipping.
