Plateria FarFan:
Silver manufacturer FarFan was founded by
Don Damian Farfan Dueñas in 1940s Peralvillo, a borough of Mexico City, and closed its doors in 1998
.
They employed a number of skilled craftsmen who produced jewelry as well as other silver and gold objet d’art.
In a full-page advertisement in 1971, the company boasted that "Mexico is the world's top silver producer and FarFan, S.A. is Mexico's leading gold & silver jewelry maker."
(This is Mexico, 1971).
Plateria FarFan used the Eagle 1 & 13 assay marks and is featured in the Little Book of Mexico Silver Trade and Hallmarks (2006 edition) on page 151.

Vintage condition
with very minor wear considering its age. Patina is present and I detect no chipping.
