Shipping and handling is as follows:
US Bidders & Buyers: A new issue with the US Postal Service has arisen called non-machinable processing and Ebay has not been able to rectify the situation. We always insert two pieces of soft cardboard to protect the stamps, covers, post cards and booklets. The USPS is returning items to us for more postage, claiming that the envelopes are too stiff and unbendable to be mailed at a lower rate.
Therefore, due to the increase in the postal rates and the extra postage we have to pay to ensure that your order reaches you in a timely manner, our s/h fees have changed for items sold for under .00 and shipped within the USA: .00 s/h for all stamp items 1 ounce or less and .25 s/h for all covers, postcards and booklets 2 ounces or less.,
Bidders from all other countries pay .00 s/h for stamps for the 1st ounce and .75 s/h for covers, post cards and booklets for the 1st ounce except if a registered fee is required.
Combined lots reduce shipping and handling fees. Items sent by insured, registered, or certified mail will incur additional postage fees. APS member#183186.
Please note that lots are mailed once a week at our local post office on a Tuesday morning due to the continuing Covid pandemic. While we appreciate your business, we are trying to stay healthy. May everyone continue to remain safe and stay well. Thank you for your interest in our store.
