    THE GREEN WIRES ARE THERE TO PREVENT THE BEARING BLOCKS FROM INADVERTENTLY COMING OFF THE RAIL ENDS.
    IF THEY DO COME OFF THERE'S A GOOD CHANCE THAT SOME OF THE BALL BEARINGS WILL FALL OUT. THEY'RE DIFFICULT TO REINSTALL SO IT'S BEST TO LEAVE THE WIRES IN PLACE UNTIL YOU'RE READY TO INSTALL THE RAILS. AND, WHEN IT DOES COMES TIME TO INSTALL THE RAILS, WORK VERY CARFULLY SO AS NOT TO LOSE THE BALLS.
