The chocMELTER Vat is a steam-pan-shaped container you place in the chocMELTER. It's in the Vat that you place the chocolate.
Removable, the Vat has handles that slide up and down (but don't come off) to help you lift out the Vat from the chocMELTER.
The Vat has a hole in the corner. Through that hole you insert the temperature probe so it sticks into the chocolate.
