Metal Case Window 18 X 38" Old Vintage Window Steel sash window

Very rare vintage metal case window
Frame measures 19 x 39.5 but it appears the window itself is 18 x 38" this is a really great window is very hard for us to find and salvage vintage metal case windows if one has such great charm and character to it I love the entire opening mechanism and technique it has a handle the turns left and right on the right side of the window that releases the window then the bottom lever allows the window to cascade out words . The overall window is in good condition considering it's age and opens smoothly . The top pain and bottom pain of glass are both broken. Reverse side bottom you can see where the party was that was holding the glass so it appears to be an easy fix i'm not sure but the window has such great character and charm it will be worth restoring
