LONG ELBOW LENGTH CUFFS KEEPS THE SNOW OUT: The gloves are designed with a long extra length cuff that extends to your child's elbows. The cuffs open wide and have a draw cord with lock, so they can be worn over or under a coat sleeve. The gloves are fully waterproof and will keep kids hands dry in wet and snowy conditions.

When measuring kids hands, allow 0.5 inches extra room for cushion.
