RARE Vintage Estela Ogazon MILAGRO Necklace Mexican Folk Art Mexico Statement

This vintage milagros necklace by Estela Ogazon is especially unusual with its use of a “resplendor” (the halo for a santo) as a focal point. I've never seen another of hers quite like this one. It’s a very striking piece & has always been one of my favorites.  Unsigned but the original owner bought it directly from the Ogazon studio in Mexico City in the 1990s.  It measures about 7” long x about 3.5” wide.  The drop from the back of the neck is about 13”, so wearable length is about 25-26”.  It weighs 4 oz. on my postal scale.
The milagros in this piece are mixed metals: brass, silver alloy, and the heart at the bottom looks like copper.  In excellent vintage condition. This piece is so wonderful & rare, I’m not sure I want to part with it but it deserves to be worn.
