Stunning, eye catching, beautifully handcrafted sterling silver pendant / slide by Libertad silversmiths, signed. Pendant measures a nice showy 1 1/2" long x 7/8" wide. Many of Libertad's creations border the Southwest Pueblo influence with several Zuni & Hopi silversmiths that have worked with Libertad over the years. A very versatile pendant, looks fabulous with Southwest and Native American jewelry. Wear on a silver chain or smaller size sterling pearls. The central stone is a large 35 x 17 mm gorgeous highly polished iridescent gem quality mother of pearl cabochon. The perimeter of the pendant features ultra fine lapidary work exhibiting meticulously hand cut sleeping beauty turquoise that is laid in a channel inlay, the lapidary work is by a master's hand. Bail is very versatile, a full solder constructed rectangular 15 mm long x 4 mm wide bail, pendant weighs 16.1 grams.
