These are brand new NI-MH rechargeable battery packs for any Stenograph Elan Cybra.  These are NOT refurbished like others sell.  We are the manufacturer of these packs and we stand behind them 100%.  They are manufactured with the newest high quality Sanyo cells, new wiring, new battery connector and new plastic shells with new cushioning.  A battery pack that has been tested and is guaranteed to perform like the original pack shipped with the machine when it was new.  Even if you plug in the machine normally it's still a good idea to have a working functional battery pack.
