Shipping- if purchased by 1 pm, most items are usually shipped on the date of purchase. However, to set a reasonable expectation and in an effort to give you the best service possible, we ask that you allow up to 3 days, once payment has processed, for shipping time. Unfortunately, we no longer accept returns. We have experienced several episodes of dishonesty where a guest would purchase one of our items, request a return, and ship back a damaged item or a different item altogether than the one they actually purchased,. Why would they do that you may ask? Simply put- in an effort to obtain a more expensive or an authentic Disney item.
