Return policy:
1. Return Due to Product Failure or Damage During Shipping: Before we replace the item from our inventory or issue a refund, we must file a claim with the carrier. In order to do so, we need photo proof from our customers. After we file a claim, we will then be able to issue a refund or replacement.
2. Return Due to Customer Order Error or if customer does not like the product: Returns must be in their original cartons. Customer is responsible for the original shipping cost, return shipping and all applicable fees.
3. Return Due to Our Error: We will credit or replace from stock, as applicable. Packages must be returned in original cartons.
