Description
This is a custom built 3D XYZ Toshiba Compo Arm BA-II Series Robot w/ CA20-M00 primary controller and 3x CA20-S10 slave axis controllers. The system has the PCBL-31 Programming Cable integrated and can be controlled via the included serial to USB hub, front USB hub or you can interface directly through serial connection (RS232). This system is setup turn key including a Lenovo T420 laptop with the Toshiba SF-98D software installed. On the desktop of the laptop includes the installer for both the PC software and the USB hub PC drivers. There are 4 posts for mounting a safety cage which includes two "door" sensors (currently tied to the depressed position) so that a safety access door can be installed. There is currently a 22" x 15" operation table however this can be easily changed. The entire system is wired to operate off a single 120V AC power outlet.
