If there is any problem whatsoever, please contact us right away. We are happy to try and resolve any problem with the buyer ourselves. If you find that there has been any misrepresentation made on our part we must be notified within 72 hours of receipt of the item and we will be happy to receive the item back and refund the full purchase price. Generally, shipping charges will not be refunded.
SHIPPING
We ship only online USPS Priority or Express. We provide combined shipping on multiple items you purchase. We can also send FED/EX,
additional charges apply
. For safety, we require delivery confirmation and/or signature confirmation. Please do not ask for cheapest possible shipping etc, as we cannot provide this. At this time, International shipments will need to be sent via FedEx.

Normally, we ship items within 2 days of payment. Items paid for later in the work week may not ship until the following Monday. International shipping is additional to shipping charges noted within the U.S. Please email us for a quote. Customs charges and any import taxes are the sole responsibility of the Buyer. Twery's assumes no responsibility for this.

As mentioned above, import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
