Vintage Peruvian bone and metal story teller style bracelet

Description

This bracelet came from a local estate and based on the other pieces she collected I would say that it is from perhaps the 80s or even the 90s.  It is Peruvian and is made primarily of horn.  The figures and the clasp are silver metal though there aren't any markings to note the silver content, if any.  There are also some small green and red details that appear to be a heavy paint or enamel perhaps.
The bracelet measures just over 7 inches long and is 2 inches wide.
The bracelet is in good vintage condition with some light scratches on the inside of the horn and some tarnish on the silver bits.
