Vintage Signed Mexico Sterling 925 Ornate Clamper Bracelet Niello ES CS LS ?

Offered for your consideration is this pretty artist signed 925 sterling bracelet. The hinge is strong and works properly. It says Sterling Hecho en Mexico but, I can not decide on the initials. You can decide what they are. It is quite pretty irrespective of who made it. The bracelet is in very nice pre owned condition. I have lightly cleaned the bracelet, but have not attempted to polish it.  Being pre owned, there may be signs of wear, some light rubs/ scratches where the ends overlap on the underside, commensurate with age, nothing unsightly.
