WW2 US Army, USMC Field Combat Medic Pouch
This is in pretty good condition.  There is no strap.  This is a barn/garage rescue.
We cannot find a maker’s mark or date.  There is a hole in the bottom that looks suspiciously like a mouse chewing.  The rest of the bag is clean.
